Moët Hennessy UK were looking to acquire a fulfilment service to promote an exclusive experience for their trade customers. The brand wanted to offer its customers the opportunity to order personalised Moët & Chandon champagnes in Imperial and Rose Imperial 20cl and 75cl sizes. The client was looking for design and print of luxury stationery including letterhead, envelopes and wallets and a complete fulfilment service that would involve printing personalised bottle labels, personalised letters and packaging them inside outer wallets and envelopes before posting out to the event venues.
How we tackled the problem
photobooths.co.uk who developed the online ordering system approached Swinford Graphics to deliver a full service that would take the client on a journey from online image upload through to delivery. Swinford Graphics worked directly with both photobooths.co.uk and Moët Hennessy UK to finalise the process from online ordering software that allowed users to simply upload and crop their photos with ease, straight through to order placement and delivery.
Swinford’s team worked within Moët Hennessy’s strict brand guidelines to deliver a high-quality piece of direct mail including sourcing specific paper stock, envelopes and creating a bespoke wallet that represented the Moët & Chandon brand values.
What we provided
We were asked to provide a luxury set of print and stationery that epitomised the brand’s core values. Each client received a piece of mail containing a personalised envelope and letter along with a bespoke designed die-cut wallet to protect the personalised labels which was then mailed to them using a royal mail signed for service within 5 days from receipt of order.
